Judith Foti is a Board Certified Massage Therapist (since 2000), Vermont licensed Esthetician, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 registered instructor, Power Pilates certified mat instructor and Duke trained Integrative Health Coach with a BA in Interpersonal Communications.

 

Beyond that, Judith is passionate about learning new things and sharing her knowledge and experience on how to bring balance to your skin, body, spirit and hopefully your life.

Saucha is Judith's peaceful mini-spa/studio located in a private log home in beautiful Stowe, Vermont. It is here that she provides her clients with a little retreat; a place to get some TLC, a reprieve from the stress of everyday life, a sanctuary to release and recharge.
